Gourmet cruise around the Caribbean

Departing London on 8 November, the Holland America Line cruise heads for Miami and joins the Maasdam cruise ship on a roundtrip from Fort Lauderdale, taking in Half Moon Cay, the Bahamas, St Thomas, the Virgin Isles, Roseau, Dominica, Willemstad, Curacao and Oranjestad, and Aruba; then arriving back to London 12 days later.
Cruise guests will be offered the chance to take part in free cooking demos and cuisine classes, in the Culinary Arts Theatre. Chef Reid will be at hand to offer his top tips of flambéing a steak and knocking up the perfect soufflé as you glide past the stunning islands.
